This policy explains what personal data the official ALTER Q website collects and how it's used. The website and shop are run by 2Great LLC (publishing as 2Great Group), 2238 Dewey St, Hollywood, FL 33020-5941, USA, 2great.llc@gmail.com (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for your data under data-protection law, including the EU and UK GDPR where they apply.

What we collect and why

• When you buy the ebook: payment is handled on a Stripe-hosted page. Stripe collects your payment details; we never see your card number. We receive your name, email address, country and order details so we can deliver your ebook, send receipts, handle refunds and keep the records tax law requires. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations.
• Ebook delivery and support: we email your ebook and answer your messages from our Gmail account, so Google processes those emails. Legal basis: performing our contract.
• Mailing list and audiobook alerts: only if you tick the consent box. We use your email address to send ALTER Q updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. Legal basis: your consent. (Signup isn't active yet; this section will name our mailing-list provider when it is.)
• Visiting the website: our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. Our fonts are hosted on our own website, so visiting it sends no requests to Google. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.

What we don't do

We don't use advertising or analytics trackers, we don't set tracking cookies, and we don't sell your data.

Who we share data with

Only the services needed to run the shop and site: Stripe (payments), Google (Gmail) and our hosting provider. Some of them are based in the United States; they protect transfers with safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires. Mailing-list data: until you unsubscribe. Support emails: as long as needed to help you, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email 2great.llc@gmail.com. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
